We would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey and share their feedback. We were very pleased to receive many kind comments about our team, along with helpful suggestions that will help us continue improving our services.
During 2025, we introduced additional pre-bookable appointments to support continuity of care, making it easier for patients to see their preferred GP. Going forward, we will continue to encourage patients to make greater use of the services available through the NHS App.
