Repeat Prescriptions
Available by request subject to medication reviews by the Doctor. Please request prescriptions at least 3 working days in advance. If you live more than 1 mile from the nearest chemist, we are able to dispense your medication at the surgery.

We do not accept medication requests over the phone due to safety reasons and guidance from BCUHB Telephone queries to the dispensary are available on 01286 870634 between the hours of 08:30-12:00 & 15:45-18:00 Monday to Friday. |
In Person |
Repeat prescriptions can be requested using the white repeat slip which is attached to your previous prescription. Tick the items required and either post it back or place in the letter box at the practice entrance. Alternatively use a piece of paper to write your name, address, date of birth and medication needed. |

Address your request to the Dispensary, Meddygfa Llanberis Surgery, Cae Heti, High Street, Llanberis LL55 4SU. If you require the prescription (paper copy) to be returned to you, please include a stamped self-addressed envelope. |
