Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations are arranged with a clinician during their AM or PM clinic Monday - Friday. An exact time cannot be given but you will be informed whether your appointment will be in the morning or in the afternoon.

These appointments can be booked anytime between 08:00 and 18:30 Monday - Friday depending on clinical availability.

The clinician will always attempt to call you twice. If you are aware that a call has been scheduled for you, please ensure your phone is available for you to accept the call. If the clinician is unable to contact you after two attempts, you will then be asked to re-book your appointment.
